ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

1. The contest is open to Indian Citizens, residing in West Bengal only.

1. The paras/ RWAs of West Bengal can only participate in the 5 days, 5 looks contest till 8th October 2023 midnight.
2. The individuals can participate in the 5 days, 5 looks contest till 24th October 2023 midnight.

2. Participating individuals/ Para /RWA are encouraged to share all 5 days 5 looks for better score.

• Photo Submission Criteria: If any photo is clicked in advance (before contest period), the individual / Para/RWA committees can still submit/ upload those photographs as their day- wise looks for registration to the contest. Multiple entries will not be accepted. Only the first submitted entry will be will be considered as final entry. Group photo will not be accepted in case of individual entries.
• Authenticity: The participant / Para / RWA has to submit self-original photos only along with authentic personal details.
• Judgement Criteria: Entries will be judged on the basis of creativity and uniqueness. The decision of the judges appointed by Reliance Trends and ABP shall be final and no further claim or communication thereof by the participant shall be entertained.
• Content Ownership: It is clarified that after an entry has been submitted, the content and photographs of such entry shall become the sole and exclusive property of Reliance Trends and ABP and can be used in promotions across any media for any purpose, without limitation, and without notice, permission or consideration to the participant/ Para/ RWA.
• Program Termination: Reliance Trends and ABP reserve the right to cancel / terminate / suspend the contest at any point of time without any prior notice.
• Prize Collection: Winners must be present at the Reliance Trends outlet to claim their prize. The winners will be communicated the location where they will have to come to collect their prizes, in advance. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Disqualification right: Reliance Trends and ABP reserves the right to disqualify / cancel participation of any individual/ Para/ RWA at any point of time at its sole discretion without citing any reason whatsoever.
• No Assurance of Prize: Participation in the contest does not by default assure the participant/ Para/ RWA with a gift voucher/ prize.
• Terms Modification: The terms mentioned herein above are subject to change at any point of time without any prior notice. By participating in this contest, it is assumed that the Participant/ para/ RWA has read and given his/ her consent to the terms and conditions and shall be held responsible in case of violation of the same.
• Jurisdiction: All disputes related to the contest will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Kolkata court.
• Restriction: Employees, Agents, promoters including immediate family members of any party involved in the event will not be eligible for participating in the event. If they are found to be participating, the participant will be disqualified.
• Disclaimer:

  i) Reliance Trends & ABP will not be responsible for any Entries submitted but not received due to any reason whatsoever.

  ii) Reliance Trends & ABP is in no manner whatsoever responsible and/or shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever, for any damage, loss (direct or indirect), injury, emotional, mental trauma caused to the Participant(s)/ Para/ RWA and /or any of its Officers in any manner whatsoever or for any reason whatsoever in connection to any aspect related to Contest.
